Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Numivo collects on numivo.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name and your group type (PTA, PTO, booster club or other). If you leave the name blank, we store "Treasurer" in its place.
• How you found us: the page you submitted the form on (its path), the referring page, and source tags: campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) or, if there are none, a tag naming the page or tool you signed up from.
• Bot protection: a Firebase App Check token from Google reCAPTCHA is sent with each form, so we can tell people from bots (see Spam protection below).
• Basic technical information: your browser's user-agent string. We use your IP address briefly to limit abuse, but we don't store it with your details.
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks and session recordings) using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To give you the guide or resource you asked for.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
• To follow up about Numivo, if you asked for that. You can opt out at any time.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We don't sell your personal information.

Spam protection

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA through Firebase App Check to tell people from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Where it's stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States. Google, Microsoft (for Clarity) and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your form details until you ask us to delete them. Download links expire after 24 hours.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop hearing from us, by emailing hello@numivo.ai. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is for adults who volunteer with school organizations. It isn't directed at children.
